Primitivo Alejo Beltrán
Mining engineer from the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano with more than 25 years of experience in the construction sector. He has been General Manager of Epromig SRL since 1994 and has chaired the Board of Corporación Alejo since 2013. Under his management, Epromig received the Peruvian Company of the Year (2006 and 2007), Peruvian Flagship Company (2009) and Leadership and Business Success (2013) awards. He was also General Manager of Consorcio Los Andes (2007–2009), which supplied heavy equipment to Barrick at Lagunas Norte, and is senior advisor at Pabel SAC.

He is the origin of the corporation: his vision is to build the most reliable engineering and construction group in the country, focused on large-scale mining and local governments, competitive and sustainable.
Dennis Alejo
Civil engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, project manager and business consultant. He grew up in the world of roads, earthworks and heavy equipment, and from there led projects and contracts, including programs worth tens of millions of dollars in the United States, plus operations in education, clinics and technology. He is based in Salt Lake City (Utah) and Lima, and specializes in project management, automation and operations.

He leads Alejo Corp's strategy and growth: organizing the corporation into Construction and Ventures, bringing project management and technology into operations, and opening new investments in Peru and abroad, such as Comtury Lodge and mining.
Willy Alejo
Electronic engineer (UPC), Master in Business Administration (PAD), certified Digital Transformation professional (MIT) and PhD candidate in Strategic Management. With more than ten years of experience in innovation and digital transformation. He mentors and evaluates technology-based ventures.
